Please read these terms carefully before booking travel with us.

By booking a trip with SXT Adventures (Scuba X Travel, Inc. dba SXT Adventures), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a deposit or making payment.
Trip reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. Payments are processed through our authorized booking partners.
Cancellation policies vary by trip and are disclosed at the time of booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. Contact us at niki@sxtadventures.com for questions about a specific trip.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any documentation required for your destination. For dive trips, you must meet the certification and health requirements stated on the trip page.
Adventure and dive travel involves inherent risks. SXT Adventures acts as an agent coordinating travel with third-party operators. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of suppliers, or for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from your participation in a trip.
Weather, sea conditions, and local circumstances may require itinerary adjustments. We and our partners reserve the right to modify schedules when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
The SXT app is a trip companion for confirmed travelers and staff. Using it does not create a booking or a payment obligation. Conduct in the app, including group messages and shared photos, is governed by our community guidelines. Our privacy policy explains what the app collects and how to request deletion.
Content you post in the app must be yours to share, and you allow SXT to display it to your trip group and staff. Trip photos and documents that SXT supplies are SXT’s or used with permission.
